RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 business days from the date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.

Exchange or return requests beyond the 14 business-day grace period will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We allow item exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the customer shoulders all shipping costs.

Exchange Process:

STEP 1: Submit a request for exchange or store credit (if the item is out of stock). Please allow 2–3 business days for approval.
STEP 2: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address. Please ship the item back within 2–3 business days. Failure to send the item within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the request.
STEP 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, we will process the new order within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the courier. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be shouldered by the customer.


IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY

Please ensure that all returned items meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned in the SAME ziplock ASCND pouch
  • Original tags must be intact and not removed
  • All included freebies (stickers, etc.) must be returned
  • Items must NOT smell like perfume, and must NOT be worn or washed

Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will result in an automatic cancellation of the return, as the product can no longer be resold.

Any exchange request beyond the 14-day period that is insisted upon by the customer will be subject to approval. If approved but the item fails quality inspection, the return or exchange request will be automatically cancelled.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund to store credit has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at ascndstudio@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
